We will work with 土著 leaders across our footprint to establish an 土著咨询委员会 that will provide advice to our executive leadership team 和 help guide our reconciliation efforts. We targeted having an approach for an advisory council in place by Q4 of 2021.

Complete: An 土著咨询委员会 (the Council) was established in December 2021 with leaders representing 土著 interests across Canada. 目前, the Council includes three 土著 leaders who bring diverse perspectives 和 extensive experience to the table. The Council meets with our executive leadership team twice a year 和 provides guidance on initiatives 和 co-creates solutions to progress reconciliation priorities with 土著 groups.
